Procedure for Single Booths
In response to Exhibitor comments, the PDC has made revisions to the booth request procedure. There is a new system implemented for exhibitors wanting to obtain a single booth.
When requesting your booth, please note the following:
Requests for two or more booths
For those companies requesting two or more booths, request for booth selection is now open. As exhibit space is in high demand, we strongly recommend completing your request as early as possible, as booth assignment priority is determined by two factors:
- number of booths requested
- date the deposit is received.
Booth assignments will still be done in September.
One booth purchases
Following the assignment process for those with two or more booths, single booths will become available for direct purchase. Companies will be able to purchase their single booth starting September 26 at 9:00am Pacific Time.
Please note to secure the booth, full payment of booth fees is required at the time of purchase.
Single booth companies will now have the ability to see the booths remaining on the floor and make their own selection as to which booth and booth location would suit them best.
It is important to note that while all companies can reactivate their accounts starting May 25, only requests of two or more booths will be able to be processed starting July 5.
