Conference registration includes admission to over 150 open sessions as well as entrance to the Exhibit Hall with over 500 booths.
Your name badge is your passport to all conference activities and must be worn at all times. Your name badge is required to be admitted to any lecture or to the Exhibit Hall during the conference.
For fully-paid registrations received by Friday, February 15, 2019, name badges will be sent to the registered contact address. For registrations received after that date, badges must be picked up at the registration area at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building.
Registrants from outside of Canada or the U.S. are asked to pick up their badges from the registration area.
Letters of Invitation
An official letter of invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the Pacific Dental Conference will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment has been received. This invitation is intended to facilitate your travel and visa arrangements but does not extend financial support.
To request an invitation letter after completing registration, contact the PDC at email@example.com.
Please note that once all requirements are met, invitation letters will be emailed in 3-5 business days.
On-site registration will be available on Level One of the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building during the following hours:
- Tuesday, March 5, 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- Wednesday, March 6, 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Thursday, March 7, 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Friday, March 8, 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday, March 9, 7:30am to 4:00pm
