Welcome, Exhibitors

For 2021, the Pacific Dental Conference will be offering a special Virtual Experience. While it's hard to replace the in-person conference, we've chosen a virtual conference platform, from Pheedloop, which is designed to help you connect, including features like presence detection and chatting.

To have a presence in the virtual exhibit hall, an exhibitor purchases a virtual exhibit. We offer three different virtual exhibit packages ‐ Premium, Deluxe, and Standard. Each includes a number of benefits to exhibitors. More details are available here.

Become an exhibitor at PDC 2021 in just three basic steps:

  1. Register as an Exhibitor at
  2. If you exhibited at PDC 2020, you can login using the same ID and password. Otherwise, simply create a new Exhibitor Account. Past PDC exhibitors will recognize this to be the exact same procedure as in past years.

  3. Purchase a virtual exhibit
  4. After logging in to your Exhibitor Account, you will be offered a choice of virtual exhibit package to purchase. Note that immediate payment is required.

    Past PDC exhibitors will recognize this to also be very similar to booth purchase in past years. The only difference for 2021 is that there is no "booth location" in the virtual exhibit hall to decide on, and therefore no priority sequencing.

    After purchasing the virtual exhibit, you may start registering virtual exhibit staff (booth reps) at any time. You will also be able to purchase optional advertising items. Again, past PDC exhibitors will recognize this to be the exact same procedure as in past years.

  5. Prepare your virtual exhibit
  6. In January you will be provided access to your virtual exhibit. You can then prepare it with your logos, banners, videos, handout materials, and more. Guide on preparing your virtual exhibit

And that's it — you are then ready to virtually exhibit at PDC 2021. The virtual event will be available to attendees from March 1 - April 30, 2021. We ask exhibitors to staff their exhibits during the official conference dates of March 4-6, with the following hours:

  • Thursday, March 4, 1:00pm to 8:00pm PST
  • Friday, March 5, 8:30am to 4:30pm PST
  • Saturday, March 6, 8:30am to 4:30pm PST
