This is our answer to Direct Mail. Our eNewsletters are an effective method to gain valuable exposure and reach the PDC attendees.
eNewsletters are tailored content to an important subject, filled with the latest late-breaking news, and features of the Pacific Dental Conference. We have a subscriber base of over 12,000 people, which includes: dentists, certified dental assistants and hygienists. Scheduled eNewsletters are sent out in the middle of each month from September through March.
Ad Specs:
Your 3.5" x 3.5" advertisement can highlight a new product or let attendees know about your show specials. Also important is your booth number and website information so they know where they can find you before the conference. You can run your ad in multiple issues to create frequency of branding or to feature different specials. Ad will have a link to your website.

Preliminary ProgramThis is the PDC's main marketing vehicle for the conference. The Preliminary Program provides information on registration procedures, speakers, session content, and special events. There are only SIX advertising spaces available. 18,000 programs will be printed and mailed directly to all potential attendees in November 2023. These names are taken from mailing lists provided from the following:

Conference ProgramDrive traffic to your booth!! We print 13,000 programs of which 5,000 are mailed out one month prior to the conference with attendee pre-registration packages, and the remainder are distributed onsite inside the attendee bags. The Conference Program contains information on speaker sessions, topic descriptions, non-session events, and the product category listing of all the exhibitors. There are different size ads to choose from and with the content of the program being mainly text, your ad will definitely stand out on the page and have a strong presence.

Attendees need to recharge their mobile devices while attending the Pacific Dental Conference. The Charging Stations will be centrally located in the Exhibit Hall, operating Thursday and Friday during the day with your company name and logo on the screensaver and on the kiosk signage.
